What is Free Will?
A Peach Lemonade energy drink powder. One scoop in cold water gives you 150mg of caffeine (about a strong coffee) plus ingredients for focus, calm, mood and hydration: L-theanine, Alpha-GPC, rhodiola, saffron, creatine, a fulvic mineral complex and electrolytes. How much caffeine is in a scoop?
150mg — about a strong cup of coffee's worth, paired with 250mg of L-theanine, the same doses tested together in a controlled study of attention and alertness.
What does it taste like?
Peach Lemonade — bright and citrus-forward, more tart than sweet. It's sweetened with stevia leaf rather than sugar or artificial sweeteners, so it finishes clean instead of syrupy. Mixes clear in cold water; a full shaker with ice is the way to drink it.
What's actually in it?
13 active ingredients, every dose on the label. For focus and mood: Rhodiola Rosea extract 400mg, L-Theanine 250mg, Alpha-GPC 150mg (listed as 300mg of 50% Alpha-GPC) and Saffron extract 30mg. For energy and performance: natural Caffeine 150mg, Creatine HCl 1g, a fulvic trace mineral complex (Rējen™) 250mg, and electrolytes: Chloride 400mg, Sodium 200mg, Potassium 98mg and Magnesium 200mg. Plus Vitamin B12 200mcg and Zinc 5mg. No proprietary blends, no pixie dusting.
When should I drink it?
One scoop a day, whenever your pursuit starts — first thing in the morning, before training, or in place of the second coffee. Because a serving carries 150mg of caffeine, most people do best taking it before mid-afternoon. Don't exceed two servings a day.
