Effective August 5, 2026

The short version: we collect your email when you ask us to, we use it to tell you about Free Will, and we never sell it. That’s the whole business model — you, wanting to hear from us.

What we collect

When you join the early-access list we collect your email address. That’s currently the only personal information this site collects. When our store opens (November 2026), orders will be processed by Shopify and this policy will be updated to cover purchase information.

How we use it

Launch updates and occasional brand news. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing works immediately.

Where it lives

Emails are stored with Klaviyo (our email platform) and Netlify (our site host, which keeps a backup copy of form submissions). Both process your data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Cookies & tracking

No ad trackers, no analytics cookies. The site stores minor preferences (like video playback state) in your own browser and nowhere else.

Your rights

Want your data exported or deleted? Email hello@freewillelixirs.com and it’s done. If you’re covered by GDPR or CCPA, those rights apply here — access, correction, deletion, portability.

Kids

This site and product are not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes
