Free Will goes on sale November 2026. Here’s how orders will work from day one.

Shipping

Orders ship within the United States, out within 2 business days. Shipping is a flat $5 on orders under $100 and free on orders over $100. Subscriptions always ship free. United States only at launch.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email hello@freewillelixirs.com within 7 days with your order number (and a photo, if damaged). We’ll replace it. No hassle, no forms.

Returns

Unopened tubs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return shipping is on you. To start a return, email hello@freewillelixirs.com with your order number.

Opened product

We don’t offer a money-back taste guarantee. Every milligram is printed on the label, so you know exactly what you’re buying before you order — that’s the deal we’d want as customers, and it keeps the price honest.

Subscriptions

Skip, pause, or cancel anytime — it’s in the name. Changes apply from your next renewal; cancel before a renewal processes and you won’t be charged for it.

Refund processing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
